Монголд хиймэл оюун ухааны чиглэлээр суралцах судлах явдлыг дэмжих, түгээн дэлгэрүүлэх, үр ашигтай бодит хэрэглээнд нэвтрүүлэх, нийтэд зөв ойлголт олгох зэрэг зорилгоор математикч, мэдээллийн технологийн судлаач мэргэжилтнүүд үүсгэн байгуулсан төрийн бус байгууллага юм.
